Welcome to Body SDS Body Therapy in the clinic community Fleurir, which houses the Balance Center - the place where you flourish.
Together we create a harmonious connection between your body and consciousness.
Here with me, Thomas Skjold or Ulloriaq which is my Greenlandic name, I invite you to an immersive experience based on your unique body condition.
We dive into the depths of the body to release blockages and promote a natural healing process that gives way to new energy and development. Each session is a movement toward greater balance and clarity. It's a collaboration where, by focusing on your breathing, we explore the potentials latent in any state of tension, inflammation, or any imbalance you may feel.
In my clinic, I offer a safe space where your body and soul can find relief and renewed vivacity. Through a combination of in-depth massages, open presence and conversations, we work together to free you from stress and find strength in what once felt like limitations. It is an opportunity to create a new connection between thoughts and feelings, allowing you to move forward clearly and freely in life - nuanced with understanding and acceptance of your own individual journey. I look forward to welcoming you and supporting you on your path to a healthier, happier version of yourself. We are individuals, but we are also unimaginably uniform when it comes to nervous systems, worries, the joys and sorrows of life, and death. My best bet is to meet you at eye level no matter who you are.

Thomas Jensen Trained Body Therapist at Body SDS
As a body therapist and therapist, I am curious, knowledgeable and professional. What drives me is the desire to get to know as much as possible about human life and elevate your well-being. My training at BODY SDS lasted three years and included muscular anatomy, articular learning, the connections between muscles and organs, body energy trajectories and psychology. In addition, we practiced a complete training system based on joint and muscle coordination in dynamic movements. I can also give exercises that support the treatment. I have more than 11 years of experience and I am constantly developing by exchanging treatments with BODY SDS colleagues, Osteopathy, Kranio Sakral therapists and others. - You are in safe hands with me. - I listen to you, to your limits and with my empathy meet what is in need of a helping hand, along with your breath.
Privately, I'm the father of two soon-to-be adult children and cohabiting with actress Charlotte Munck.
