What drives me is the desire to get to know as much as possible about human life and elevate your well-being. My training at BODY SDS lasted three years and included muscular anatomy, articular learning, the connections between muscles and organs, body energy trajectories and psychology. In addition, we practiced a complete training system based on joint and muscle coordination in dynamic movements. I can also give exercises that support the treatment.
